Nancy L. Jones is an Executive Vice President, Regional Leasing
Director with Urban Retail Properties, LLC. She has twenty-five years of experience in the development and leasing of specialty retail centers. With Urban since 1992, she is based in Washington, DC, and serves as Director of Leasing for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Prior to joining Urban, Ms. Jones was Vice President and Director of Leasing for The Enterprise Development Company, a firm founded by James W. Rouse in Columbia, MD. There she was extensively involved in the planning, development and leasing of urban specialty retail centers and mixed-use properties throughout the U.S. She has also consulted on a number of waterfront development projects overseas including Barcelona, Spain; Sydney, Australia; and, several projects in the Caribbean. Ms. Jones is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She holds a real estate license in the District of Columbia and in the State of Maryland.
