Samuel J. Greenblatt is
Principal, Finance/Capital Markets for Urban Retail
Properties, LLC. He is responsible for initiating the
many diverse capital market opportunities for the
company. Prior to his role with Urban, Mr. Greenblatt
was Executive Vice President and Director of
Originations of RAIT Financial Trust, a NYSE traded
mortgage real estate investment trust. During that time,
Sam was responsible for the production of loans at
RAIT and successfully set up a national correspondent
system for RAIT. Sam has been providing commercial
mortgage financing and real estate services to clients
on a nationwide basis for 30 years. His significant
experience encompasses senior management positions in
commercial banking, commercial mortgage banking, real
estate syndications and development, equity capital and
boutique investment banking.
