Susan Cadieux is an Executive Vice President, Regional Leasing with Director
with Urban Retail Properties, LLC. From 1985 to the present, Ms. Cadieux has directed the leasing of Urban Retail’s properties located in the Eastern Region. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Cadieux served as a Real Estate Representative of Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers where she was responsible for site selection of restaurant locations, including negotiations of purchase contracts. Ms. Cadieux is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in six states. Ms. Cadieux received her Bachelors in Business Administration degree from Northeastern University.
