The CTI Real Estate System is the premier system of its kind. It resides on a secure and reliable platform and provides outstanding statistical and financial reporting capabilities. We also operate the MRI and Skyline property management systems.

Realm Lease - Automated Leasing Process

The Realm Lease application automates leasing from prospecting to lease commencement. This comprehensive database provides current, complete information to Leasing Representatives. The application accelerates the leasing process by collecting and organizing all necessary information to complete a new lease, automatically routing electronic approval requests at preset intervals during the process. Clients have the ability to access the database for their property to review the status of any particular deal.

Vision

The Vision Lease Plan Colorization System allows for the graphic display of any CAD Lease Plan. Vision colorizes individual units automatically, using information such as lease expiration, sales per square foot, health ratio, and occupancy rates from the CTI Real Estate System. This tool is integral to our leasing and tenant coordination processes, as well as to property managers.
